膀胱内に原発性腺癌と移行上皮癌を異所性に同時発生を認めた1例

SIMULTANEOUS OCCURRENCE OF ADENOCARCINOMA AND TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA AS TWO SEPARATE PRIMARY TUMOR IN THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱腺癌は，全膀胱悪性腫瘍中0.5〜2.0％で認められるにすぎず，さらに原発性腺癌は非常に稀な疾患である。われわれは，ムチン産生の原発性腺癌と移行上皮癌が膀胱内の別々の部位に同時発生を認めた1症例を経験した。2種の原発性腫瘍が，膀胱内で異所性に同時発生することは極めて稀で，文献上，本邦においては他の報告例を認めていない。

A 38-year-old man was presented with two distinct and separate primary tumors of the bladder simultaneously: one a transitional cell carcinoma and the other mucin-producing adenocarcinoma. Transurethral resection of the tumor was done for transitional cell carcinoma and following partial cystectomy for adenocarcinoma. Postoperative course was uneventful with no evidence of recurrence and metastasis for six months. This is the first case reported in Japan.
