急性腹症と排尿困難を来した泌尿生殖洞異常の1例

A CASE OF UROGENITAL SINUS ANOMALY WITH ABDOMINAL PAIN AND DYSURIA

　急性腹症と排尿困難を主訴とした泌尿生殖洞異常の1例を報告する。症例は20歳の女性で，生下時に腟口の欠損を指摘されており，幼児期より混濁し悪臭を伴う尿の排泄があつた。1985年2月，急性腹症で開腹を受けたが腟内に混濁尿の貯留を認めたため当科へ転送された。CTで著明な腟の拡大を認め内視鏡にて近位尿道に腟の開口部を確認した。腟尿道の交通部を閉鎖しpull-through法にて腟前庭部に新腟口を形成した。

The patient was a 20-year-old woman who had noticed the defect of vaginal ostium with the discharge of turbid and stinking urine from her childhood. She complained of severe abdominal pain and dysuria and immediately laparotomized under the diagnosis of hematocolpometra at a gynecologic hospital in February, 1985. The patient was sent to our hospital because the extremely enlarged vagina filled with about 800 ml of turbid urine was detected by surgery. Intravenous urograms were normal.
