卵巣静脈腫瘍塞栓を伴う腎細胞癌

Renal Cell Carcinoma with Tumor Thrombus in the Gonadal Vein:A Case Report

　患者は，77歳女性。他院で貧血の精査中，左腎腫瘍を指摘され，精査および加療目的にて当科に入院となった。CT,MRIにて左腎腫瘍を認めたため，根治的左腎摘除術を施行した。肉眼的に左卵巣にまで至る卵巣静脈の腫瘍塞栓を認めたため，左卵巣合併切除を施行した。病理所見は，腎静脈，左卵巣静脈に腫瘍塞栓を伴う腎細胞癌であった。下大静脈に腫瘍塞栓を形成した腎細胞癌の報告例はあるが，卵巣静脈に腫瘍塞栓を形成した例はなく，われわれが調べ得た限りでは本邦第1例目と考えられた。

A 77-year-old woman with a chief complaint of left lower abdominal pain visited our hospital. Abdominal CT and MRI revealed left renal tumor with tumor thrombus in the left gonadal vein. Left radicl nephrectomy and resection of the left ovary were performed. Pathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma. She has been well for five months after the operation without recurrence and metastasis.
