皮膚転移により発見された腎細胞癌の2例を報告し，本邦における皮膚転移を主訴とした腎細胞癌14例を集計して文献的考察を行つた。症例1は，左側腹部皮膚腫瘤を主訴として外科を，症例2は，左肩部皮膚腫瘤を主訴として皮膚科を受診したが，2例とも血尿，側腹部痛，腹部腫瘤は認めなかつた。治療は腎摘除術を施行し，その予後について述べた。
Two cases of renal cell carcinoma revealed by metastasis to the skin were presented. They visited the department of surgery or dermatology at first with chief complaint of skin tumor. Histological examination of skin biopsy revealed that the tumor were metastasis from renal cell carcinoma. Both cases never had hematuria, flank pain or flank mass. Statistical studies on the report of metastasis to the skin of renal cell carcinoma in Japan were reviewed.
