遺残尿管に転移した腎細胞癌の1例

緒言
腎細胞癌の尿路転移は比較的少ないが，最近，左腎細胞癌の腎摘後3年して遺残尿管に転移した1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 61-year-old male underwent radical nephrectomy for left renal cell carcinoma. The pathological findings revealed granular cell subtype, stage IIIb and grade II》 grade I. He received a course of radiotherapy postoperatively (50.4 Gy) and thereafter was treated with oral fluorouracil at a dosage of 100mg-200mg/day. Three years after the operation, however, dysuria and asymptomatic gross hematuria developed. Cystoscopy revealed a sessile smooth-surfaced tumor of walnut size at the left ureteral orifice.
