鞘膜に石灰化を来した両側陰嚢水腫の1例

BILATERAL CALCIFIED HYDROCELE OF TUNICA VAGINALIS

緒言

　陰嚢水腫の鞘壁の石灰化は比較的稀であり，1936年，守谷^1）により第1例が報告されて以来7例が報告されている。最近われわれは両側の陰嚢水腫の鞘壁に著明な石灰化を認めた1例を経験したので若干の知見を加え報告する。

An-82-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of bilateral scrotal swelling and dysuria. Scrotal plain X-ray showed remarkable bilateral intrascrotal calcification. Bilateral scrotal masses were removed. The both of scratal masses were eggshell in shape. Right mass was 8×6×5 cm in size and 250 g in weight. Left one was 9×8×5×cm in size and 350 g in weight. The both masses had very thick and hard walls, which were hydrocele sac.
