緒言
gonadal stromal tumorは睾丸腫瘍のなかでも極めて稀である。われわれは右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴として来院した男性で傍睾丸悪性gonadal stromaltumorと診断された1例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。
A 20-year-old man with two normally descended testicles was admitted to the Jichi Medical School Hospital in June 1982 because of rt. intrascrotal mass for 9 years without associated pain. Labora-tory findings were normal except for elevation of urinary estrogen. Histopathologic diagnosis was peritesticu-lar malignant gonadal stromal tumor (4×3×3cm) because of considerable mitotic activity, cellular pleomorphism and capsular invasion.
