完全亀頭縦裂の1例

A CASE REPORT:COMPLETE VERTICAL CLEFT OF THE GLANS PENIS

はじめに

　陰茎の奇形についての報告は少なく，とくに亀頭部だけが分裂した症例は欧米で4例の報告をみるのみであり，本邦文献上では見当らない。われわれは亀頭部縦裂の1例に遭遇したので報告する。

The patient was 59 year-old male. The glans penis was completely separated into the right and left halves by a longitudinal cleft extending from the center of the glans penis to the sulcus coronarius, and the external orifice of urethra opened into the frenulum preputii. No other anomaly was detected. Though cleft of the glans penis was considered synonymous with diphallia of the glans penis alone by some authors, this anomaly was not found in literature of diphallia. We could find 4 reported cases of the cleft of the glans penis, but its etiology was not elucidated.
