睾丸絨毛癌の免疫組織化学

IMMUNOHISTOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE TESTICULAR CHORIOCARCINOMA

緒言

　ヒト胎盤のsyncytiumより分泌されるホルモンにはhuman chorionic gonadotropin（以下hCG）と1962年にJosimovichとMaclaren^2）によつて発見されたhuman placental lactogen（以下hPL）が存在する。またこれらのホルモンは絨毛性腫瘍のsyncytiotrophoblastic elementからも分泌される^3〜18）。さらに最近ではhCGおよびhPLはtrophoblastic elementを含まない腫瘍細胞，すなわちgiant cell^3〜6），anaplastic large cell^7〜10）などからも分泌されることが判明してきた。

　産婦人科領域ではこれらのホルモンと絨毛性腫瘍の予後に関する報告がある^11）が，泌尿器科領域においてはhCG産生腫瘍が少ないこともあつて，これら2つのホルモンと腫瘍との関係についてはまだ十分に検討されていない。

Three cases of hCG secreting tumors of the testis with typical syncytiotrophoblastic cells were reported. In the third case, typical syncytiotrophoblastic and giant cells were observed.

Immunohistological studies of human chorionic gonadotrpin (hCG) and human placental lactogen (hPL) were carried out in 3 cases of the tumor tissues. Anti-hCG rabbit antisera and anti-human growth hormone rabbit antisera were used for the studies of hCG and hPL, respectively.
