緒言

　副腎の癌腫は原発性，転移性を問わず，生存例，剖検例共に比較的稀な疾患であるが，悪性リンパ腫を認めた症例は，さらに報告が少ない。今回われわれは，両側性内分泌非活性副腎腫瘍の診断で，両側副腎摘除術を施行し，病理診断が非ホジキンリンパ腫であつた症例を経験したので，検討を加え報告する。

A 64-year-old male presented with general malaise. Ultrasonography disclosed bilateral adrenal tumor. Bilateral adrenalectomy and lymphnodes dissection was performed with the diagnosis of non-functioning bilateral adrenal tumor after various hormonal and radiological examinations. The pathological diagnosis of the tumors and lymphnodes were non-Hodgkin lymphoma (undifferenciated lymphoma, non-Burkitt's type). Postoperative course was uneventful and chemotherapy was added after the operation.
