女性尿失禁に対するStamey法の経験

STAMEY PROCEDURE FOR CONTROL OF URINARY INCONTINENCE IN TEN WOMEN

緒言

　本邦では女性腹圧性尿失禁に対する関心がまだ低く，未受診例や家庭医に受診しても放置されたままになる例が少なくない。名古屋大学泌尿器科およびその関連病院では従来から腹圧性尿失禁に積極的に取り組んできたが，1983年2月より新たにStamey法を導入し10例中9例で尿失禁の完全消失を見た。膀胱鏡を使用し非直視下操作で傍尿道組織を吊り上げるStamey法は本邦ではほとんど行われていない^1）。しかし，本法は手術手技が簡便で成績が良く腹圧性尿失禁防止術の第一選択となりうると考える。

Suprapubic endoscopic suspension of the vesical neck (Stamey procedure) has been performed in 10 women presenting with urinary incontinence since February 1983. In cystometry, 9 patients had stable bladder while 1 patient with lipomeningocele showed uninhibited detrusor contractions on an auto-nomous curve. The posterior urethrovesical angle and the angle of inclination of the urethral axis were much reduced to normal values postoperatively.
