両側異所性尿管瘤の2例

TWO CASES OF BILATERAL ECTOPIC URETEROCELE

　異所性尿管瘤は，島田ら^1）が本邦の51例を集計し，また松野ら^2）が自験20例を報告しているが，両側異所性尿管瘤はごく稀で，本邦では5例報告されているに過ぎない^3）。われわれは，両側異所性尿管瘤の2例を経験したので報告する。

Two rare cases were presented of bilateral ectopic ureterocele with ureteral duplication occurring in a 3-year-old girl and a 6-month-old girl. They were presented with episodes of acute pyelonephritis and X-ray examinations established the diagnosis. They underwent a plastic operation in 2 stages. The pro-cedure consisted of excision of the bilateral upper pole of the kidney with its ureter and unroofing ofthe intravesical portion of the ureterocele. The orifice of the ureterocele was located in the urethra.
