A 54-year-old man was admitted because of pollakisuria, miction pain with high fever attack. Dia-gnosis on admission was acute prostatitis and lt. pyelonephritis. Complaints and urinalysis were imme-diately improved by anti-biotics administration. X-ray and endoscopic examination revealed no marked change in rt. kidney. However, It. kidney had such anomalies as hypoplastic small kidney, divided four branches of ureter which became one stream, opening to posterior urethra. Left nephro-ureterec-tomy was performed because function of the left kidney was scarce and had recurrent infection caused by reflux.
