尿管自然破裂による尿管結石の尿管外脱出

SPONTANEOUS URETERAL RUPTURE ASSOCIATED WITH EXTRAVASATION OF A URETERAL STONE

　56歳，女性．左尿管結石による尿管自然破裂の保存的治療中に結石が尿管外自然脱出し，破裂部尿管が自然治癒した．尿管結石の尿管外自然脱出例は本邦では第2例と思われる．

A 56-year-old woman complained of a left flank pain with slight fever. IVP disclosed a left ureteral stone with extravasation of contrast medium around the ureter. Nine days after admmission her symptoms suddenly disappeared, and IVP revealed the stone located at an extraureteral site and a normal pyelouretero-gram. This is the second case of spontaneous ureteral rupture with extravasation of a ureteral stone which healed spontaneously in Japan.
