右交叉性睾丸転位症の1例

A CASE OF RIGHT TRANSVERSAL ECTOPIA OF TESTIS

緒言

　睾丸の位置異常の中で，停留睾丸は，日常よく経験するが，正常の下降路外に存在する睾丸転位症は極めて稀な異常である。最近われわれは，交叉性睾丸転位症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 11-year old boy was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of absence of right scrotal contents. Two round masses like testes were palpated in the left scrotal half, but right half was empty. The findings of IVP and urethrography were normal. All of biochemical data were within normal limits. The diagnosis was confirmed by surgery and trans-septal orchiopexy was performed. This is the 55th case in the Japanese literature.
