トルエン中毒が原因と思われる神経因性膀胱の2例

Neurogenic Bladder Caused by Toluene Abus:Case Reports

　［症例1］は19歳，男性，トルエンを扱う塗装業。尿閉を主訴に来院した。膀胱内圧測定にて腹圧性排尿パターンと思われる所見を認め，内服治療を行い一時的に自覚症状は改善した。［症例2］は18歳，女性，シンナー歴は6年。排尿困難を主訴に家族に付き添われ来院した。他に小脳失調症状が認められた。膀胱内圧測定にて低活動性膀胱の所見を認め，内服治療を行ったが無効であった。

We report 2 cases of neurogenic bladder caused by toluene. Case 1; A 19-year-old man painter exposed to a toluene presented with urinary retention. His cystometrogram revealed straining pattern. Brain CT showed no remark-able change. A cholinergic drug was given and then his symptom improved. Case 2; An 18-year-old woman abus-ing toluene for 6 years was transfered to our hospital because of difficulty on urination. A cystometrogram showed un-deractive bladder pattern. Brain MRI on T2-weight se-quence revealed high intensity on pedunculus cerebellaris medius. Neurogenic bladder can be a complication of long-term toluene abuse.
