鼠径ヘルニア手術による膀胱合併症の2例

BLADDER COMPLICATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH SURGICAL REPAIR OF INGUINAL HERNIA: REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　鼠径ヘルニア手術による膀胱合併症の報告例は少ない。しかし，内鼠径輪縫縮，および鼠径管後壁補強術の際には起こり得る合併症として考慮すべきである。最近，われわれは鼠径ヘルニア手術に合併した縫合糸による膀胱異物と，手術によると思われた膀胱損傷の2例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

Bladder complications associated with surgical repair of inguinal hernia were rarely reported. Recently we experienced two cases of bladder complications following inguinal herniorrhaphy.

Case 1. A 54-year-old man presented urinary frequency of 3 years duration after the repair of bilateral inguinal hernias. On cystoscopy, a foreign body in the shape of a dark colored string, was seen on the right lateral wall of the bladder and it was successfully removed endoscopically. It was a calcified silk, which had been probably used at the time of operation of inguinal hernia.
