続発性陰茎腫瘍の3例

SECONDARY TUMORS OF THE PENIS: A REPORT OF THREE CASES

はじめに

　陰茎に腫瘍転移がみられることは比較的稀であり，最近，三品ら（1971）^1）によつて本邦例33例が総括されている。われわれは腎腫瘍，膀胱腫瘍および二次性膀胱腫瘍がそれぞれ陰茎に転移した症例を相次いで経験したが，第1例および第2例は陰茎腫瘍の検索によつてはじめてその原発巣が発見された症例であつた。

Three cases of secondary penile tumor, originating from renal tumor, bladder tumor and secondary bladder tumor, were reported.

Case 1: A 65 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of a mass at the midline of scrotum. Cytology of urinary sediment, biopsy of the mass revealed metastasis of clear cell renal carcinoma. Patient deceased 7 months after onset.

Case 2: A 65 year old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of induration on the dorsal side of penis. Biopsy revealed metastasis of transitional cell bladder carcinoma.
