緒言
馬蹄腎，尿管異所開口などの泌尿性殖器系の奇形は多数報告されているが，最近われわれは鎖肛と種々の泌尿生殖器系の奇形を合併した稀有と思われる症例を経験したのでここにその概要を報告する。
A 22-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of repeated urinary tract infection. He had anomalies as follows: (1) rt. total renal displasia (2) rt. ectopic ureteral opening (3) asynmetric fused kidney (non-crossed renal ectopia with fusion) (4) urethro-rectal fistula (5) anal atresia (6) anomalies of prostate and seminal vesicle and (7) defet of sacrum. These anomalies were thought to be a part of VATER assosiation.
