The patient was a 47-year-old female who was hospitalized with complaints of hypertention and left lumbar pain. At physical examination, she had blood pressure of 160/90mmHg. No bruits were heared in the abdominal region. IVP, CT-Scan and renal arteriography revealed a saccular partially calcified renal artery aneurysm at the 1st branch of the renal artery. Resection of the aneurysm and plasty of the defective renal artery were performed by ex vivo surgery.
