緒言
リンパ管腫は比較的まれな良性腫瘍で，それらの多くは四肢，頸部に発生するといわれており陰嚢内発生は極めてまれである。われわれは最近陰嚢内に発生した1例を経験したので報告する。
A 5-year-old boy was seen with chief complaint of a painless mass in the right scrotum. The mass was first noticed by his mother at the age of 2 years. The mass was independent from the testicle and showed transillumination. Total surgical excision of the mass was performed. Lymphangioma of the scrotum is very rare. The literature concernig this entity was reviewed.
