緒言
膀胱の隣接臓器腫瘍による膀胱への浸潤は稀なものではない。今回，われわれは血尿を主訴とし膀胱腫瘍の診断にて手術時にS状結腸腫瘍の膀胱浸潤と判明した1例を経験したので報告し，併せて続発性膀胱腫瘍について若干の考察を加えた。
A 52-year old man visited our hospital complaining of gross hematuria. He was found to have the bladder infiltration from carcinoma of the sigmoid colon at the time of surgery. Resection of the sigmoid colon and total cystectomy with ureterorectostomy was carried out (Coffey-Usadel's method). The incidence, symptoms, diagnosis and prognosis of secondary bladder carcinoma were discussed.
