緒言
睾丸,副睾丸,精管とは関係なく,精索に原発する結核は比較的稀である。私も本症の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 64-year-old man. No history of tuberculosis. A walnut-sized painless induration was palpated on the right inguinal region. The operation was carried out with the suspicion of a spermatic tumor. The lower end of the mass was connected with the head of the epididymis. The spermatic cord was covered by the mass. It was felt impossible to separate the mass from the blood vessels and the spermduct, orchiectomy was done. The cut surface of the tumor was stromatous and grayish yellow. Although it was a tuberculous granuloma histologically, there was no caseation. The findings of vasculitis were observed in several areas.
