Primary epithelial tumor of the urinary bladder in the first two decades of life is a very rare disease. Herein two of such cases were reported. The patients were 18 and 19-year-old males with a chief com-plaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria. Both of them were found to have the bladder tumor, which were treated by transurethral resection. with no recurrence until now. Pathological findings were papillc-ma and transitional cell carcinoma (grade 1), respectively. Literatures concerning such cases were reviewed.
