孤立性対側副腎転移を来した腎細胞癌の1例

SOLITARY ADRENAL METASTASIS FROM THE CONTRALATERAL RENAL CELL CARCINOMA: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　副腎は癌の転移を受けやすい臓器の一つであり，腎癌が副腎へ転移することは稀ではない。しかしながら，臨床的に腎癌の副腎転移を発見し，摘出したという報告は多いとはいえない。われわれは，腎癌と子宮癌との重複癌で，初診時に看過された腎癌の孤立性対側副腎転移を原発巣治療3年後に摘除しえた症例を経験したので報告する。

A sixty-seven year-old female was admitted for gross hematuria and right abdominal mass, which was diagnosed as right renal cancer. Right nephrectomy was done on 10 th, February, 1976, and the pathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma (pT3 N0V0). Her cytology of the vaginal smear was class IV and the biopsy from the uterine cervix was squamaous cell cancer. She was treated with radio-therapy for uterine carcinoma.

Three years later, she was readmitted for the left abdominal mass. Excretory urography and com-puted tomography indicated the left adrenal tumor, and adrenarectomy was done on 16 th, August 1979.
