炎症性膀胱腫瘤を形成した腺性膀胱炎の1例

A REPORT OF AN UNUSUAL CASE: AN INFLAMMATORY AND GRANULOMATOUS LESION OF URINARY BLADDER WITH CYSTITIS GLANDULARIS

緒言

　腺性膀胱炎は炎症性に膀胱内に腫瘤を形成する代表的な疾患の1つである。一般には，その腫瘤形成は比較的小さいものにとどまる。われわれは悪性腫瘍を疑い，膀胱全摘出術を行つた大きな炎症性腫瘤を呈した腺性膀胱炎の1例を経験したので報告する。

A seventy-four-year-old female was admitted to our clinic on April 22, 1981, because of gross hematuria and pain on urination 3 months in duration.

Her past hiatory disclosed no episodes of recurrent cystitis and her familial history was negative.

Physical findings on admission were essentially unremarkable, except for marked anemia enough to require blood transfusion. Urinalysis showed hematopyuria and a urine culture showed E. Coli and urinary cytology was negative.

Intravenous pyelography revealed no abnormality in upper urinary tract.
