緒言
腎癌摘出術後の10年生存率は18〜23％1,2）といわれており，中には10年以上の長期間を経て再発する例がある。最近われわれは腎癌摘出術16年後の再発と思われた1症例を経験したので報告する。
A 68 year-old man came to out hospital with the abdominal tumor after 16 years from nephrectomy for left renal cell carcinoma (clear cell carcinoma). CT scan revealed the retroperitoneal tumor.
The tumor was inoperable and the pathological diagnosis was clear cell carcinoma.
This case was considered reccurent renal cell carcinoma 16 years after nephrectomy.
