睾丸固定術後に発生した睾丸腫瘍の2例

TESTICULAR TUMOR FOLLOWING ORCHIOPEXY: A REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　停留睾丸は日常診療においてよくみかける外性器先天奇形であり^1），この疾患に睾丸腫瘍の発生率が高いことが従来より指摘されてきた^1,2）。今回停留睾丸に対して睾丸固定術を施行した後に，同側睾丸の悪性化を来した2例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1 was a 25-year-old male, who had been undergone right orchiopexy at the age of 11, com-plaining a painless enlargement of the right scrotal content. Right high orchiectomy was performed and the pathological diagnosis was seminoma. He was administered radiation therapy.

Case 2 was a 32-year-old male, who had been undergone right orchiopexy at the age of 13. He men-tioned that he had his scrotum kicked by his son and right orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of testicular hematoma on October 8, 1981.
