陰核体を切除する陰核形成術

REDUCTION CLITORIPLASTY

緒言

　副腎性器症候群や半陰陽などで出現する陰核肥大の治療は，身体的外観のみならず，心理的，社会的な面からも重要である。

　肥大した陰核に対し行う陰核形成術の方法として，1）陰核全摘術または陰核切断術，2）陰核体切除術，3）陰核体を深部組織に埋没する方法（recession clitoriplasty）などが行われているが，今回われわれは陰核体を切除する方法を8例に施行し，良好な結果を得たので報告する。

Eight children with clitoral enlargement were subjected to reduction clitoriplasty in which the corpus of the clitoris was totally excised with preservation of the glans clitoris and ventral mucosa. The neurovascular bundle was kept in place in 3 children. Long-term results were satisfactory in all cases.
