ストレス尿失禁に対する塩酸ノルエフェドリン（α受容体刺激剤）の臨床効果

CLINICAL EFFECTS OF NOREPHEDRINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN PATIENTS WITH STRESS INCONTINENCE

緒言

　ストレス尿失禁の薬物治療には従来からエホチールなどが試みられているが，血圧上昇などの副作用が強く長期連用が困難であり，現在は観血的療法がその中心となつており，特に軽症の尿失禁患者では放置されることが多い。今回われわれは弱いα—刺激剤である塩酸ノルエフェドリンを入手する機会を得たため，ストレス尿失禁の患者に投与し，有効な結果を得たので報告する。

Four males and 16 females with stress incontinence were treated with oral norephedrine hydro-chloride, 50 mg twice daily. Degree of incontinence of all patients were obseved before and after treat-ment. Uroflowmetry, cystometry and urethral pressure profiles were examined before treatment. After 2 or 3 weeks of medication urodynamical parameters were obtained in 15 paients.

8 patients completely became no leakage of urine,and 10 improved, but 2 did not show change of degree of stress incontinence.
