緒言
重複癌は1889年Billrothにより初めて報告されたが，その後平均寿命の延長や医学の進歩に伴い，早期に診断と治療が行われるようになり生存期間が長くなるにつれて症例が増加している。重複癌は，癌の発生機序の解明に何らかの手がかりを与えるものではないかとの期待で検討されている。
最近われわれは生前に診断しえた同時性重複癌（胃と膀胱）の症例を経験したので報告する。
A 53-year-old man had the bladder and gastric cancer simultaneously.
Gastrectomy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor were performed. Microscopic findings of bladder and gastric cancer were adenocarcinoma and each lesion showed the primary cancer findings.
No recurrence has been foud 6 months after opetation.
To our knowledge, such case like ours has not been reported with synchronous adenocarcinoma of bladder and stomach diagnosed microscopically while alive.
