緒言
女性におけるstress incontinence（以下S．I．と略）は，重い分娩を経過したり，あるいは何回も繰り返す分娩を経験したためにおこるとされる。
今回われわれは，約7年間におよぶsevereなS．I．をもち，これに手術を施行して満足いく結果を得た症例を経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えた。
A 50-year-old woman visited our hospital with a complaint of stress incontinence.
She was treated with several drugs for 7 years without benefit.
Her condition was diagnosed stage II stress incontinence. Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz's method, Kennedy's method and vaginal hysterectomy were performed. Postoperative course was satisfactory. Stress incontinence was disappeared.
Surgical procedure and its results were discussed.
