副睾丸嚢腫捻転症の1例

TORSION OF EPIDIDYMIC CYST: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　最近，副睾丸嚢腫捻転症の稀な1例を経験したので報告する。本邦文献上調べ得た範囲では1977年今野ら^1）の報告に次いで第2例目と思われるものである。

The patient was a 23year-old male with no personal or family history to be mentioned specially. On December 20,1981, he attended our department because of severe pain in the left scrotum. Palpa-tion revealed the left testicle and epididymis to be normal but a tumor about testicle size at the tail of the epididymis. An emergency operation was performed under the diagnosis of torsion of the left epididymic cyst. At operation, a 3×6cm oval tumor attached to the tail of epididymis, of which stalk rotated about 720° counterclockwise.
