緒言

　精索より発生する腫瘤には，良性腫瘍としては脂肪腫や線維腫，また比較的稀であるが過誤腫がある。他方悪性腫瘍としては肉腫がある。そして，これらを術前に鑑別することは必ずしも容易ではない。最近われわれは，過誤腫の一つである左精索血管より発生した動静脈奇形の症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 18 year-old man was seen with the complaint of a painless mass in the left scrotum lasting for 3 years. Physical examination revealed a movable mass measuring 3cm in diameter locating in the left spermatic cord just above the normal left testis. It was solid and nodular, and was not translucent. Pulsation was not felt. The right scrotal content was normal. The surgical exploration was performed on Jan. 21,1981 under the diagnosis of a left spermatic cord tumor. A dark red mass of 3.0×2.4×1.5cm in size was easily dissected from vas deferens and cremaster muscles. Dilated veins were observed on its surface.
