後腹膜嚢腫の1例および本邦後腹膜嚢腫の統計的観察

RETROPERITONEAL SEROUS CYST:A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

はじめに

　後腹膜腔の嚢腫性腫瘍についての報告は内外ともに少ない。われわれは後腹膜腔の漿液性嚢腫の一経験例と併せて本邦における後腹膜嚢腫の集計を報告する。

A case of retroperitoneal serous cyst in a 61 year old house wife with chief complaint of abdominal mass, was reported.

A fist sized mass was outlined by P.R.P. with normal urograms, and a 7×7×6 cm sized, round, gray-white colored cyst with 90 ml of serous fluid, located between the aorta and inferior vena cava at the height of L 3-4 was removed by surgery. No malignancy was found but the origin was not clarified by histological examination. 148 cases of retroperitoneal cyst reported in the Japanese literature between 1904 and 1971, were collected and reviewed.
