上腹部刺傷による尿管切断症例

A CASE OF URETERAL TRANSECTION CAUSED BY UPPER QUADRANT ABDOMINAL STAB WOUND WITH A KITCHEN KNIFE

緒言

　尿管損傷は，骨盤内手術，尿管に対する内視鏡的操作によつて来し得るが，それ以外は稀である。最近われわれは，包丁にて刺傷を受け，腹腔内臓器損傷とともに，尿管切断を来した1例を経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加える。

A 27-year-old man was sent to our hospital in a state of shock, suffering from a stab wound by a kitchen knife in the left upper abdominal region. Immediate abdominal exploration was performed after stabilization of general condition because of the deteriorating vital signs and a drop in the hematocrit. This revealed 3 perforations of ileum and a laceration of mesentery, and a reconstructive surgery was performed.

However, on the next day urine leakage through the drain tube placed intraperitoneally was noted.
