膀胱扁平上皮癌の1例

A CASE OF SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER

　原発性膀胱扁平上皮癌は比較的頻度は低いが，浸潤性増殖傾向が強いため早期から腫瘍が膀胱の近接臓器に局所的に浸潤していることが多いので，治療方法の選択に関して問題のある疾患である。著者らは原発性膀胱扁平上皮癌に対し，anterior pelvic exenterationおよび骨盤腔リンパ節郭清術を行ない，術後6ヵ月ではあるが順調な経過をみた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 62-year-old female was referred to us for investigation of gross hematuria. Physical examination disclosed a mass in the lower abdomen and IVP showed a large filling defect within the bladder, consistent with bladder tumor. In order to achieve total extirpation of the tumor, anterior pelvic ex-enteration was carried out. Histological diagnosis revealed squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder, extending to the vaginal wall but pelvic lymphonodes were free from metastasis.
