　最近，われわれは膀胱後腔に発生した神経鞘腫を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

This case is a 28 year-old male with chief complaints of slowly enlarging lower abdominal mass and lumbago for 3 years. The mass was palpated, as smooth, hard, and fixed. Digital and anoscopic examinations revealed only a part of the mass. Urine and stool examination did not reveal any abnor-malities. IVP showed that bilateral ureters were slightly displaced laterally. Right anterolateral deviation of the bladder was demonstrable in cystogram and urethrocystgram, the sigmoid colon and the rectum by barium emena. According to these findings, retrovesical tumor was suspected.
