緒言
X線単純撮影で腎部に石灰化陰影を認めた場合に，その質的診断は必ずしも容易ではない。最近われわれは，X線写真上輪状の石灰化陰影を伴つた腎細胞癌の2例を経験したので，それらを報告すると同時に，腎細胞癌の石灰化陰影について若干の考察を加える。
Case 1: a 53-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with lumbar dull pain. Roentgenographi-cally a 5 cm ringlike and nonperipheral calcification was noted in right kidney. Renal angiography showed avascular pattern and computed tomography revealed peripheral and irregular nonperipheral (within the mass) calcification clearly.
Case 2: a 47-year-old man complained of loss of weight. Roentgenographically a smooth 3.6 cm ringlike calcification was demonstrated in left upper pole. Renal angiograhy showed avascular lesion and computed tomography revealed irregular mural calcification.
