ヨード過敏症症例に対する核医学的腎検査法について

EVALUATION OF RENAL SCINTIGRAPHY AND RENOGRAPHY FOR THE CASES OF SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTIONS TOURINARY CONTRAST MEDIA

緒言

　核医学的腎検査法の適応の1つに，ヨード造影剤過敏症症例に対する腎検索があげられている。尿路造影法による各種X線検査法は，われわれ泌尿器科医にとつて欠くことのできない検査法であるが，ヨード剤による重篤な副作用が起きると，その他の尿路検索法としては，核医学的腎検査法，すなわちrenography, renal scanningなどが利用されることになる。そこでわれわれは，ヨード剤が使用できず，主に核医学的検索を行ない，治療や経過観察を行なつている泌尿器科疾患8症例をまとめてその有用性について検討した。

The evaluation of nuclear medical examination had been observed in eight cases who had had severe complications of urinary contrast media. These were 2 ureter caluclus, 2 pyelonephritis, 2 idiopathic renal hematuria, 1 renal cell carcinoma and 1 renal tuberculosis.

All of the eight cases were performed by renal scintigraphy with ^99mTc-DTPA, four cases by renography with ¹³¹I-Hippuran and one case was performed by renography with ^99mTc-DTPA.Allergic complications were not observed in all of the eight cases with satisfactory informations by the nuclear medical examinations.
