陰嚢内Castleman's lymphomaの1例

A CASE OF CASTLEMAN'S LYMPHOMA: AN INTRASCROTAL TUMOR

　Castleman's lymphomaは，1954年Castlemanが胸部写真上，左前縦隔部腫瘤陰影を認めた40歳男子の病理組織像について，Hyperplasia of me-diastinal lymphonodesと記載したことに始まる^1）。CastlemanらがThymomaの再検討から出発したごとく，本症はThymomaと似て非なる特徴的組織所見を呈するが，成因，本態，病理学的見解に関しては，いまだ一致を見ない。われわれは本腫瘤が陰嚢内に発生した極めて稀な1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 26 year-old male was admitted with a complaint of a painless scrotal mass whih had been noted for about 20 years.

On physical examination, non-tender elastic firm mass of a spherical shape and a hen-egg size was palpated in the left scrotum, separated from the testicle, epididymis or vas deferens.

Surgical exploration disclosed a gray solid mass, fed by larger vessels independently which came through the inguinal canal. Abnormal lymphnodes were not noted. The tumor was 3.5x3x2cm, 23 gm, encapsulated with a thin fibrous tissue.
