特発性腎出血に対するメシル酸ガベキサートの効果

HEMOSTATIC EFFECT OF GABEXATE MESILATE ON ESSENTIAL RENAL BLEEDING

緒言

　いわゆる特発性腎出血とは，他になんら自覚症を示さない腎性血尿を呈する疾患群であり，内科的，泌尿器科的精密検査によつても出血の原因を究明しえないものである。

　現在のところこの中には，自律神経異常による出血，腎における低酸素血症，アレルギー性腎出血，病巣感染性腎出血，腎杯と腎血管系の交通による出血，未確定腎内小病巣よりの出血が含まれていると考えられている^1）。

Six patients of essential renal bleeding were treated with a synthetic protease inhibitor, ethyl-P-(6-guanidinohexanoyloxy) benzoate methanesulfonate (Gm), and/or an antiplasmin agent, tranexamic acid. Other 2 patients received tranexamic acid and renal pelvic instillation of 1:200 to 1:500 diluted silver nitrate solution, respectively.

Plasminogen activator activity of urine from the affected kidneys was significantly higher than from the contralateral kidneys.

There wes no significant difference of serum fibrin/fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) levels, between renal vein and cubital vein.
