緒言
Wilms腫瘍は小児の悪性腫瘍として広く知られているが，成人に発生するのは非常に稀とされている。われわれは最近，成人のWilms腫瘍の1症例を経験したので，報告する。
A 38-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital on August, 1976, with the complaints of a left flank mass and gross hematuria of one year's duration.
IVP revealed an elongation of upper and lower calyces with nonvisualizing middle calyx of the left kidney. Retrograde pyelograyphy revealed a filling defect in the pelvis. Renal angiography showed a large avascular mass.
