膀胱前腔平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF PREVESICAL LEIOMYOMA

緒言

　骨盤部に発生する腫瘍は全腫瘍中比較的稀なものであるが，とりわけ腹膜外より発生する腫瘍はきわめて少ない。われわれは最近女子膀胱前壁に発生した平滑筋腫を経験したので報告する。

A case of prevesical leiomyoma, seen in a 55-year-old housewife with recurrent urinary retentions during the previous 5 years, was reported. Urinalysis, blood chemistry, and physical examination were not contributory, but a tumor was palpated bimanually in the retropubic region. Urethrocystoscopy revealed a compression of the bladder neck from the outside. In an excretory urogram, a round shadow defect was seen at the bladder base but no abnormality in the upper urinary tracts. Computed tomo-graphy of the pelvic region showed a tumor in the prevesical space. From an EMI number of +22, the tumor was supposed to be myogenic.
