腎結石を伴う腎結腸瘻の1例

A CASE OF RENO-COLIC FISTULA WITH RENAL CALCULI

緒言

　腎結腸瘻は，腎消化管瘻の中で最も多く，その原因として，腎の慢性感染症，結石，外傷，結核，腫瘍，などが挙げられている。またその発生部位は，解剖学的関係から結腸と腎外側部との交通より始まるのが普通である。今回われわれは，腎結石性腎盂腎炎に続発したと思われる腎結腸瘻の1例を経験したので，報告する。

The patient was a 45-year-old female whose chief complaints were high fever and left lumbar dull pain. Left pyelogram was not visualized by intravenous pyelography. Retrograde pyelography showed reno-colic fistula hydronephrosis and numerous calculi in the left kidney. Barium-air double contrast examination of the colon also demonstrated the fistula. She was treated by nephrectorny and partial colectomy. She is living well six months after surgery.

In Japanese literature 9 cases of reno-colic fistula have been reported.
