孤立性腎嚢胞壁内にみられたシート状腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF SHEETS CARCINOMA IN THE WALL OF SOLITARY RENAL CYST

緒言

　孤立性腎嚢胞および腎腫瘍は各々単独では特に稀な疾患ではなく，日常の診療においてしばしば遭遇するものである。しかし，この両者が同一腎に共存することは極めて稀である。Gibson^1）は嚢胞と腫瘍の共存例を4つの型に分類したが，その後Kaiser^2）はGibsonの分類に改訂を加えて5つの型に分類した。すなわち　1）嚢胞と腫瘍が無関係に存在するもの　2）腫瘍が嚢胞化したもの　3）Cystadenoma　4）腫瘍の末梢部に嚢胞を生ずるもの　5）嚢胞壁内にシート状にclear cellが分布するもの（以下，シート状腫瘍）

A 51-year-old housewife was admitted to Kofu City Hospital on June 20, 1977 for an abnormal mass in her right hypochondrium. A drip infusion pyelogram showed a large mass in the right kidney, but no sign of malignancy was found by renal angiography. At operation, a cyst approximately 5 cm in diameter was found in the mid-portion of right kidney. It contained clear fluid and had a smooth inner surface. As the gross examination showed no finding of malignancy, the cyst wall was resected from the kidney.
