選択的精巣静脈造影法の検討

CLINICAL STUDY OF SELECTIVE RETROGRADE PHLEBOGRAPHY OF THE INTERNAL SPERMATIC VEIN

はじめに

　脈管造影法は泌尿器科領域においても種々の脈管に施行されているが，選択的精巣静脈造影法に関しては数例の報告例をみるにすぎない^1〜3）。われわれは12症例に選択的逆行性精巣静脈造影法を試み，本法が精索静脈瘤，停留睾丸の診断，治療方針の決定に有用な検査法であると考えられたので報告する。

Selective retrograde phlebography of the internal spermatic vein was carried out in 11 patients with varicocele and one patient with undescending testis. Ten cases were catheterized successfully. Technical aspects of this method were discussed. The phlebography was useful for diagnosis and managements of varicocele and cryptorchidism. We consider that the method should be used more often and even as a routine.
