東北大学医学部泌尿器科学教室における陰茎癌の統計的観察

STATISTICAL STUDY OF PENILE CANCER

緒言

　陰茎癌は他の泌尿器系の癌に比して少なく，たとえば当教室では開設以来膀胱癌を490例も経験しているのに対して陰茎癌はわずか30例を経験したにすぎない。これら30例のうち10例については既に宍戸ら^1）が報告しているので残る20例について統計的観察を行ない若干の文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

Statistical observation was made on the patients with penile cancer who visited the Department of Urology, Tohoku University Hospital during the eleven years and seven months from 1962 to 1973. The results obtained were reported and a brief discussion was also made after reviewing the literatures.

1) The total number of cases were 20 and the incidence of penile cancer in our clinic was 3. 3% of all malignant urogenital neoplasms of the male.
