東北大学医学部泌尿器科学教室における小児睾丸腫瘍症例の検討

A STATISTICAL STUDY ON TESTICURAL TUMORS IN CHILDREN

緒言

　われわれの教室では1959年4月より1976年7月までに16例の小児睾丸腫瘍症例を経験しており，これらの症例に対し種々検討を加えたので，その概要について述べるとともに文献的考察を試みた。

We have experienced 16 cases of testicular tumors of children during the past 18 years from April, 1959 to July, 1976. A clinico-statistical study was made on these 16 cases. The results obtained were as follows: 1) The age of these cases ranged from 8-month to 13-year old. 2) Affected side: 4 cases on right side, 11 cases on left side and 1 case on both side. 3) Histopathology: Embryonal carcinoma in 7 cases, Teratoma benign in 5 cases, Teratoma partly immature in 1 case, Rhabdomyosarcoma in 2 cases and Leukemic infiltration in 1 case.
