陰嚢類表皮嚢胞の1例

EPIDERMOID CYST OF THE SCROTUM: REPORT OF A CASE

はじめに

　泌尿器科領域において類表皮嚢胞をみるのは睾丸において最多である。その他まれに陰茎縫線，後腹膜腔，膀胱後腔にも発生するとの報告もある。しかし著者の知る限り，陰嚢皮下に発生したとの報告を目にしない。

　最近当教室においてこのまれなる陰嚢皮下に発生する類表皮嚢胞を経験したので報告する次第である。

A 42-year-old male clerk visited our clinic with the chief complaint of perineal pain and a mass in the right scrotum. The pain suddenly started on September 7, 1973 and the mass was first noticed, when he was 15 years old and was located at the upper part of the scrotum being a thumb tip size, gradually enlarged, but being painless no treatment was given. The mass, aside from and pushing the testis to the left, was an adult fist size being elastic soft.
